  18. The Visual Computer Dictionary Plus program was designed to graphically
  19. portray computer definitions in an attractive and comprehensive way. This
  20. program will appeal to anybody who owns a computer and would like to be 
  21. informed about computer definitions, computer related terms, DOS commands,
  22. symbols and acronyms. Developed for IBM PC and compatible personal computers,
  23. Visual Computer Dictionary Plus runs in a DOS environment. This product defines
  24. terms on a wide variety of topics with over 1100 definitions. Topics include:

  56. and is supplied on an "as-is" basis. Users of Visual Computer Dictionary Plus

  103. modify, decompile, disassemble, in whole or in part except as specified in

  111. BlueStar Software grants you a limited license to use this software for 
  112. evaluation purposes only, for a period not to exceed thirty days. During 
  113. these thirty days, you may make full use of Visual Computer Dictionary Plus 
  114. software . If you will continue using this software after the thirty days 
  115. evaluation period, you must make the prescribed registration payment either 
  116. to BlueStar Software, or its distributors. Commercial users of Visual Computer
  117. Dictionary Plus software must register and pay for their copies of Visual
  118. Computer Dictionary Plus software within thirty (30) days of first use, or
  119. their license is withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may be made by
  120. contacting BlueStar Software at the above address.

  126. The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer
  127. at any one time. Visual Computer Dictionary Plus software must be treated
  128. just like a book. An example is that this software may be used by any number
  129. of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another, so
  130. long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location while it is
  131. being used at another. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons
  132. at the same time. You are not obtaining title to the software, or any
  133. copyright rights. You may make as many copies as necessary for backup purposes.

  140.                 Distribution license

  142. Permission is granted to individuals charging no fees, and to User's Groups, 
  143. Bulletin Board Systems, Mail-Order Disk vendors, CD-Rom publishers, On-Line 
  144. Services and other distributors that are adhering to the guidelines for 
  145. shareware distributors regardless of fees. The automatic authorization for
  146. distribution is also granted to distributors recognized by the Association of 
  147. Shareware Professionals (ASP) to distribute  the Visual Computer Dictionary 
  148. Plus program and accompanying files, provided they distribute a complete and 
  149. unaltered copy of the evaluation version of Visual Computer Dictionary Plus

  153. expressed in above paragraph must first contact BlueStar Software at the
